IronCoach ("we", "us", "our") operates the IronCoach training platform accessible at ironcoach.me and via the IronCoach Telegram bot (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

When you use IronCoach, we may collect:

• Account information: Your name, Telegram chat ID, and phone number as provided through Telegram.
• Profile data: Age, gender, height, weight, fitness level, and training preferences you share during onboarding.
• Training data: Workout plans, scheduled workouts, workout completion reports, and performance metrics (distance, duration, heart rate, power, etc.).
• Photos and media: Workout screenshots from apps and devices such as Strava, Garmin, or Zwift that you voluntarily share with the bot for analysis. We read the numbers off the image; we do not connect to those accounts.
• Conversation data: Messages exchanged with the IronCoach bot to provide coaching and improve the service.
• Google Calendar data: If you connect your Google account, we access your Google Calendar solely to create, update, and delete workout event reminders on your behalf.
• Intervals.icu data: If you connect your Intervals.icu account, we read your completed activities to give you coaching on each session, read your sport settings (zones and thresholds) so workout targets match your own numbers, and write your planned sessions to your Intervals.icu calendar so they reach your watch.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate and maintain your personalized training plan.
• Analyze workout photos and stats to provide coaching feedback.
• Send workout reminders and follow-up messages via Telegram.
• Sync workout events with your Google Calendar (if connected).
• Write your planned sessions to your Intervals.icu calendar so they reach your watch, and read your completed activities back to coach you on them (if connected).
• Improve our AI coaching capabilities and service quality.

3. Google API Services

IronCoach's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only request the minimum Google Calendar scopes necessary to manage your workout events. We do not access, store, or share any other Google account data.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure (Cloud SQL, Cloud Run) in the Asia-Southeast1 region. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Google Gemini API: Your messages and photos are sent to Google's Gemini AI for coaching analysis. This data is processed per Google's Gemini API terms.
• Telegram Bot API: Messages are transmitted via Telegram's infrastructure per their privacy policy.
• Intervals.icu: If you connect your account, your planned training sessions are written to your Intervals.icu calendar so they sync to your watch. We write only sessions this application created.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or legal process.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data via the training plan page.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Disconnect your Google or Intervals.icu account at any time. Disconnecting Intervals.icu deletes the credential we hold for it.
• Stop using the service by blocking the Telegram bot.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

IronCoach is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the Telegram bot. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
