Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IronCoach, an AI-powered personal training platform operated at ironcoach.me and via the IronCoach Telegram bot (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use IronCoach. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

IronCoach provides AI-generated training plans, workout reminders, performance tracking, and coaching feedback for endurance sports (cycling, running, triathlon). The Service is delivered through a Telegram bot and a web-based training plan page.

3. Account and Access

• Access is provided via invitation link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.
• You may optionally connect your Google account to enable calendar integration for workout reminders.
• You may disconnect your Google account or stop using the Service at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
• Send harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content to the bot.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models or training data.
• Share your access link with unauthorized individuals.

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

IronCoach is not a medical service. The training plans and coaching feedback provided by IronCoach are generated by AI and are for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should:

• Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.
• Listen to your body and stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort.
• Not rely solely on AI-generated plans for training decisions.

You assume all risks associated with following any training plan or coaching advice provided by the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

IronCoach uses Google Gemini AI to generate training plans, analyze workout data, and provide coaching feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

7. User Content

By sending messages, photos, or other content to the IronCoach bot, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use this content to provide and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Google Calendar Integration

If you connect your Google account, IronCoach will create, update, and delete calendar events for your scheduled workouts. IronCoach will not access any other Google services or data beyond what is necessary for calendar management.

9. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will endeavor to provide notice of significant changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronCoach and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time by blocking the Telegram bot.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the Telegram bot. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
